I promise to ship within 2 business days of payment and use the United States Post Office. I will always include a tracking number for your package. Insurance on your package is provided by the USPS up to $100 but if you wish to purchase additional insurance for your package, please contact me.
International buyers: Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges determined by customs. Whenever possible (and when the package is light enough) I will ship First Class International which is least expensive, but please note, there are no tracking numbers for First Class International.
I offer direct checkout, Etsy gift cards and I accept Paypal but if you don't wish to open a Paypal account, just scroll down to the line that says "don't have a Paypal account--pay with debit or credit card" and check the box. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Because my items are vintage, they are not in "like new" condition. They are "shabby chic" but lovely enough to be in my own collection (and some in fact have been). I will do my best to describe any flaws and include photos of them, if necessary. If after receiving your item, you are not pleased due to some flaw that I may have missed, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will do my best to rectify any problems. Any refunds for the item (including original shipping costs) will be processed once I receive the item back in the condition it was received in.
We are smoke-free home. Since many of the items in my shop have been acquired through antiquing, yard sales, thrift stores, etc., I don't know where they lived before they came into my possession.
