SHIPPED BY: All orders are shipped FedEx or USPS. Large heavy merchandise is shipped by Freight and is the responsibility of the buyer. Please see "Freight Shipping Policies" below.
SHIPPING: I ship within hours of a purchase unless I'm out of town. In that case, I ship within three days of the sale.

LOCAL PICK UP: I welcome clients to feel free to pick up their merchandise or just come by to view the collection we offer for sale. Just send me a note and let me know when you will be in Bend, Oregon, or, if you live close by, I would love to have a chance to meet you.
FREIGHT SHIPPING; Local pick up is always welcome, but if pick up is not feasible, I will be happy to assist you and YOUR shipper. Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping, obtaining insurance and paying shipper directly. If you do not have a shipper, Free shipping quotes can be acquired from Plycon.com, TSC Moving and Uship. Shipping is from zip code 97702. You can provide them with a photo and link to the item you wish to purchase. Once the item has been paid for it is the responsibility of the buyer to make certain the item is shipped within 30 days of purchase. Should an item be left for over 45 days, an additional storage fee will be charged to buyer and must be paid prior to pick up of item. Refunds will not be made for merchandise stored. It is essential the buyer keep communicating with the seller during the shipping process. If buyer is unresponsive to seller and shipping arrangements are not made, the item will be considered abandoned.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping Costs are estimated. However, these cannot always be accurate because it is not possible to know in advance where things will be shipped to. Shipping overages of $5 or more will gladly be refunded the day of shipment.
Items are wrapped in bubble wrap, and mailed in a sturdy shipping carton. Most of the items in my shop are fragile, and must be shipped this way in order to prevent damage during handling.
Shipping/Delivery charges are not refundable.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Please review listings thoroughly. All sales are final due to the nature of vintage, one-of-a-kind items. We will do our best to describe items as accurately as possible. If we missed anything, it is not intent. We are more than happy to provide additional information, photos and answer questions. No refunds or exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We no longer ship outside the U.S.
INSURANCE: Extra fees are charged should you require insurance.
DEADLINES: Should you need to have an item arrive at a certain date, please allow sufficient time for handling, and delivery time....from the date that you order. I cannot guarantee arrival for deadline dates.

ITEMS IN MY SHOP: Most of the items in my shop are antiques or vintage. If an item is damaged or has had repair worth noting, I will explain it in my text. If an item has recently been restored, there is a chance that the paint odor may become trapped by wrapping in bubble wrap, etc. Should you purchase something from my shop and experience this, please know that the stains, paints and varnishes that I use are water based and do not contain harmful chemicals such as toluene. Most items should just air out in a day or two.
