For Personalized items, we require a minimum of 3 to 5 days to produce and 3-5 days for shipping . Domestic Shipping done through USPS First Class or Priority mail.
Arrival of shipment: We make no guarantees of shipment timeline. We notify via email that your order has shipped and when you can expect it with a general window of 3-5 days. We cannot control USPS . We will not issue a refund or replacement because delivery timeline expectations were not met. If item shows delivered, no refunds are given. Most orders ship U.S.P.S First Class Priority Mail.
