FAQs

All LCDesigns jewelry is meticulously handcrafted from the finest materials, with highest standards of quality. There is a warranty on the craftsmanship on all jewelry, which covers workmanship defects for one year from purchase date. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, abuse, loss of stones, and theft. If your jewelry becomes damaged through negligence, or beyond the first year of purchase, repairs can be done for a fee.  For situations not related to manufacturing defects, it is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Insurance can be purchased as a rider under your homeowner's or renter's policy, or through a separate jewelry insurance firm. Their insurance will help recover damaged, lost or stolen jewelry.

Please confirm your size before ordering because we want your ring to fit perfectly. It is the buyer's responsibility to indicate the correct size upon purchasing, so if you have any questions regarding what size to order, reach out to Kristen before ordering because some pieces cannot be resized, and would require a complete remaking of the ring. If you need your ring resized, please confirm with Kristen that it is possible. When possible, resizing starts at $75 per ring (plus any cost of additional gold needed, or resetting required), and shipping both ways. Due to our current schedule resizing can takes between 2-4 weeks to complete after receiving your ring.

What is Palladium? Palladium is a member of platinum metal family and has many of same properties as platinum. It is closer in price to white gold because it is less dense than platinum. Our palladium rings are made with .950 palladium, meaning they are 95% pure palladium. Therefore it's hypoallergenic and wonderful for people who are allergic to the nickel found in white gold. Unlike white gold, it is naturally white and doesn't require rhodium plating and is more scratch resistant and won't tarnish.

First off in the evening - surprisingly enough, sheets and clothing can compromise the prongs of your ring that keep your center stone securely in place. We recommend a gentle jewelry cleaner to keep your new ring looking beautiful and sparkly. Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach which can damage fine jewelry.
