Almost everything in my shop can be customized - and I am happy to accommodate new personalization requests! If you have something in mind, just let me know and I will be happy to create it for you. Please note, however, that a custom design will definitely require extra time to create and may also require an additional design fee.
Items decorated with vinyl and vinyl labels: please note that all items made with permanent outdoor vinyl can be washed in the dishwasher, unless otherwise stated in the listing. However, hand washing will make your item last longer. This is particularly true if your vinyl has very small lettering or intricate detailing. Heat transfer vinyl: please do not iron these items. They should be washed inside out on a gentle cycle and dried on low to extend the life of the product.
Please note that shipping times stated show the earliest your item will generally ship out. When you receive a notification from Etsy saying that your item should ship by a certain date, that is typically the first date in a range of dates that your item will ship. For example, if your item takes 3-5 weeks to ship, you will get a notification from Etsy that your item is expected to ship at the 3 week mark, however, it can take up until the 5 week mark for your item to go out. I am happy to accommodate rush requests, but the "rush my order" listing must be purchased for your item to go out asap.
