Please note, once I safely post the package, it becomes the post office's responsibility to deliver it to you. Most packages should be received within a 7 day period, however there is always the exception. I cannot be held responsible for packages lost by the US Postal Service. If your package goes missing or the tracking on your order shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it you must contact your local PO. This is not something I can facilitate, as you'll need to work directly with your local post office

In order to be credited for a return on items that are eligible, the item must be postmarked within 5-7 days of receiving, NO EXCEPTIONS, and must be returned in the same exact condition (tags attached if there are any, accessories included, etc.)
If item is not postmarked within the requested time frame returns will not be accepted. Buyer pays return shipping and is liable should the package not make it back to me.
Once items are shipped they are out of my hands.
In the event that an item is lost in the mail I will do everything in my power to assist in tracking down the package.
Please be sure and take a moment to arrange for a return by Convo-ing me BEFORE you send any item back.
