***NOTE: The true color of the ribbons may show differently on your computer, because of my camera and various computer settings. If you would like a sample of a color or colors, please send me an email. I do not accept returns or exchanges, so please make sure that the ribbon color is exactly what you want.

Both ends of the ribbon is heat sealed to prevent fraying. All my ribbons are in stock and will ship within 2 business days. If you request a special order of a ribbon I do not have at the time, please allow at least 10 days.

All packages will be mailed. I will not meet you, a friend or a relative to drop a package off.

I ship USPS Priority Mail or regular mail and USPS International Mail/Priority Mail. Please allow 6 to 10 days for Priority Mail to the U.S. and 30 to 45 days for International delivery. If the delivery takes longer than it should, I am not responsible for shipping. Once the package leaves my hands at the Post Office, I am not in control when your package is shipped and when you will receive it. I do NOT offer refunds on the item or for the shipping charges.

***Please ensure that your shipping address is correct*** Any orders that are returned due to a wrong address, will require additional shipping charges to mail the items again. If a shipment is lost, I will work with you in locating the package, as best as I can. If a box is damaged during shipment, please keep all packaging so that I may file a claim. If I happen to over charge you for shipping, I will reimburse you the difference.

Lost Packages: I will work with you in locating your package, if it appears to be lost in shipment, with the USPS tracking information. I will not make any replacement petals until the USPS states that it is legitimately lost, which could take up to 45 days to receive a notice from them. If you contact me about your package being lost and the USPS tracking information states that it is Delivered, you must check with your neighbors and your local Post Office to see if they have the package. Then you must have the Post Office trace the package with the GPS coordinates that are with your package and they can tell you exactly where and when the package was delivered to. If you contact me and state they cannot find it with the GPS coordinates, then I will contact your Post Office and speak with the Manager to check to see if they have GPS coordinates on the package. If they cannot find the package, then you must contact your local Police Department and file a Stolen Mail Report. You can email me the report that states that you have filed the package stolen with the tracking information on it. I will not make any replacement petals until I receive a Police Report or confirmation from the USPS that your order was in fact stolen.

If you have a problem with Mail Theft, then ship your package to someone that will be at home to receive your package. Make sure you have a safe area that your Mail Person can deliver your package to. I am not responsible for your package after it leaves my hands at the Post Office.


***International Regular Mail does NOT have tracking information, please choose International Priority Mail to insure you can track where the package is at.***

**INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Please be advised that I am unable to classify your international purchase as a "gift" on the customs form. Additionally, the value stated on the customs form will be the value that you purchased the item from me.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior buying an item. I am not responsible for additional charges from your country.
