We are located in the United States, but we ship both domestically and internationally.

In the United States we ship mostly via USPS Priority Mail, except for some small orders which we may ship using USPS First Class Mail to save our clients on shipping. If you have a specific deadline, please do not leave a note with your order asking us to ship the order faster. All clients want their order shipped as soon as possible so leaving a note asking that we ship "ASAP" will have no effect on the delivery time of your order.

Please simply take a second to send us an Etsy message regarding expediting your order before you place the order, we promise to answer in no time. We will then provide you with an expedited shipping quote before you place your order.

Internationally, we ship via USPS Priority Mail by default, but we work closely with our clients to find the best option to fit their needs.

IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International clients are responsible for VAT and duty charges. Orders that are undeliverable due to customs charges not being paid will not be refundable unless the order is returned to sender, in which case only the cost of the items, not the shipping, will be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you were to change your mind about an item you have received (perhaps you no longer need it) you may request to return the item (in sealed condition) within SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS.

Please understand that we are unable to re-sell opened items and we are a small business unable to accept returns in the way large corporations do. If you received your item in a re-sealable package you do not have to worry about this issue. Packages that were shipped sealed and were opened by the buyer are not returnable.

The buyer will pay return shipping and there will be a 15% RESTOCKING FEE for all returns or cancellations. In addition, the original cost of shipping the item will not be refundable (unless the item has not been shipped when the order is cancelled).

Please note that returns must be postmarked within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day of delivery. If you ship the item after this period you will not receive a refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - IMPORTANT
