Our cute and personalised Hot Air Balloon topper is the perfect cake decoration for children's birthdays.

This personalised Hot Air Balloon cake topper can be customised with your child’s name, age, or a simple happy birthday message.

If a Hot Air Balloon isn’t quite what you're looking for, choose from our transport, animals, and dinosaurs cake toppers range.

Every cake topper is made from acrylic and is laser cut in our sunny Brighton studio.

Choose between our colours and don't forget to include the birthday boy/girl's name, age or message.

We only use capital letters for our message and we will copy exactly what you write, so please be careful about spelling mistakes.

The cake toppers can be washed with soapy water and re-used in the future. We make our toppers from 3mm acrylic and they include spikes in the design that can be pushed into the cake.

The cake photographed is 8” wide x 4” tall / 20cm wide x 10cm tall.

All our products are shipped with uptmost care and we ensure that all products are securely packaged to avoid any damage.

We use the Royal Mail for all internal shipping. For international deliveries we use Parcel Force untracked. If you wish to have your product tracked, please email us and we will create a special listing. Please note, international tracked deliveries can cost up to $10 extra - depending on location.

Please allow 10-15 working days for all international deliveries. If you need your item quicker than this, then please contact us to arrange Airsure delivery for an additional charge.

We currently accept payment via Paypal, which we have found to be the safest. You don't need a Paypal account to make a payment via Paypal but if you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Our products are designed and finished by the Owl & Otter. While we always try to send our items out within a day but sometimes we may experience delays. If this happens, we will always contact the buyer and explain the situation. However, on personalised items, the average lead time is 2 weeks from order date to ship date. If you need your item sooner than 2 weeks, just contact us and we will try our absolute best to get your product with you for when you need it.

We feel that when you are choosing a personalised gift, the service should be simple and accurate. When you are selecting a personalised option, simply indicate at checkout what personalisation options you would like and we will make this happen. However, PLEASE check your spelling. If you missed the personalisation option at checkout, please email with the information along with your order number. If you do not send this information it will delay your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We are flexible and understanding and always do our best to accommodate your needs. There are however a few guidelines that we must take into consideration.

All orders are very carefully and securely packaged however there is always a slight chance that an item may arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package so that we can issue a replacement immediately.

We carefully review all orders for correct spelling, colour selections, etc. However if you should receive your order and a mistake has been made on our part we will correct it immediately. Please contact us within 3 days to make arrangements to rectify the situation.

If you have given us the wrong information for your order by mistake we will help fix it for you. If the order requires that it be shipped back to us to be fixed you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it us and then back to you. Please take your time and review the information that you submit to us to avoid any delays!

If an item has been made to your specifications with personalization or custom colors and you are simply unhappy with your order you must contact us within 3 business days. We will take all of your concerns into consideration at this time and make a fair and reasonable decision on the best way to handle your return. In most cases you will be responsible for the shipping to return the product to us and then will receive a partial refund or store credit, as a restocking fee may apply.

If you have placed an order that did not include personalization or colour selections and you are simply unhappy with your order you must contact us within 3 business days and return your package to us within 7 business days for a full refund of the cost of the goods. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
