All orders past 12/6 will be shipped the first week of January!


I ship within 1-2 days of product being completed- if it's a Ready to Ship item it will be at the post office, USPS Priority Shipping within those two days. Otherwise please remember that these items are all freehand drawn, and burned by hand... this is why some products have a 1-2 week production time :)

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds will be given on a case to case basis- I understand things happen and I'm willing to work with my customers

If items are damaged upon arrival shipping packages need to be saved in order for refunds or credit to be given.

Also photos of damages may be sent to me so we can make the problem right! Thank you so much!

Of course we strive for the best possible packaging but sometimes things happen. Thanks for understanding!

Everything I make is not laser done or etched like many businesses on here- I freehand and hand burn every item I work with. Please understand that when ordering your item will differ a little from the image shown because it is all hand made.

Any custom orders should include a note at purchase for any requests if not I will be in touch ASAP.
