Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are not satisfied with order or UN-BURNT candle, please contact me within 5 days after receiving your item. You must contact me first before returning your item(s). I WILL NOT accept or credit orders returned that are not authorized by me beforehand.
