Once your item(s) have shipped I am no longer responsible. If your item(s) are lost, stolen or damaged you need to contact the USPS to file a claim. I do not have shipping fees they have been sent to USPS for shipping your item(s) so they are non-refundable. I package items well so there should be no damage to your item(s) it is because of poor handling by the USPS. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer if you want to return an item (s).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
