Most items ship within 24 to 48 hours. We often choose to upgrade your shipping at no additional cost, based on the current rates. So 2 days shipping is often provided at no additional cost.
International orders can take 6-8 weeks to arrive, but most will arrive before that. On International orders, we cannot offer refunds for any order for any reason for unsuccessful delivery or lost packages. Once a shipment departs the United States we cannot guarantee the successful arrival as the United States postal service delivers the package to the destination country, and then it is up to the destination countries postal service to complete delivery to the addressee. We can only guarantee arrival of shipments inside the United States.
We accepts all major credit cards and Paypal. The only time we would cancel an order is if there is no response back to us from an email regarding a delay or out of stock item. We simply do not want to keep your money tied up and want to make sure you are able to receive your items in a timely manner or quickly be able to get your money returned.
Returns & exchanges
If an item arrives broken, we will be happy to replace or refund your order. In cases of returns for refund, we will provide a full product price refund within the 15 days return period. We do not offer refunds on the initial shipping charges. We are fair, just email us and let us know how we can help. Please be prepared to send images of any damaged items via email to us for recording.
We love custom orders and offer some items at wholesale. If you own a store or shop and would like to carry our items, send us a message and will be happy to work with you! Please note that we do ask for proof of store ownership and may ask for address, website and other info upon request to become a wholesaler with us.
