RETURNS: ENTIRE ORDER MUST BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT We wrap our products very carefully. We do not re-send a few broken ones due to shipping costs. We refund only, based on a picture sent to us. We guarantee our products 100%. If there is any error on our part, we will fix the problem at our cost. However, if you change your mind about your purchase and want to return it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. And to return it to us in the same condition as we sent to you. Additionally, we will charge a 20% restock fee to cover our handling costs.

Returns & exchanges
The whole order must be returned for credit. You can not pick and choose which shells you would like to keep and send the rest back.
We guarantee our products 100%. If a product arrives damaged due to the shipper, you may file a claim with such. If a product arrives damaged due to our error, we will correct it. If you receive a product, that is not what you ordered, please contact us. We will either replace it or refund it.
If you receive a broken or wrong item, we will gladly pay the return shipping fee. However, if you decide you do not want the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee as well as a 20% restock fee.
We will deduct these fees from your refund. Please contact us, as many returns can be handled with a picture of the problem. In most cases, we do not require a return for a broken item. Thank you.
If you do not like the mix of product, you must return the whole purchase for a refund. You can not take out the pieces you want and return the rest for refund.

We do not sell specimen shells. We are restricted form selling certain sea life items Internationally. Some countries may have restrictions on importing sea life. Please check with your customs office before purchasing any sea life.
