These are custom made clamps for our baby gates, sold in pairs. If you don't want to screw your gate jamb into your post, this is the solution. We figure these out and make them custom for each specific gate order, and the type of clamp set we make depends on the customer's needs. These shown are just some examples of some that we've done. They are made out of the same wood as the gates and we finish them in the same finish as the gate you order.
*These clamps are not sold separately from our gates. You must purchase your gate from us for us to make you these custom clamps. No shipping costs are added to these clamps because they will be shipped with your gate.
We ship via USPS and FedEx ground, and all items are insured. Our shipping costs are based on shipping from our address in TN to the midwest and the east coast. If you live in any of the following states we'll need to quote shipping for furniture based on your zip code as there will most likely be additional charges for shipping these larger pieces: WA, MT, OR, ID, WY, UT, NV, CA, AZ. Another shipping option for large items is Greyhound and we can gladly check into that for you as well.
Should your purchase arrive to you damaged we ask that you contact us ASAP and keep all of the packaging in order for us to file a claim. We will send you a return shipment label immediately and either expedite replacing your order, or refund your cost if necessary.
If you live close enough to us that you choose to pick up your purchase, that's fine. We are required to charge 9.25% TN sales tax for any order that is picked up or delivered in TN.
We use Etsy direct checkout and accept all major debit and credit cards as well as money orders, and personal checks.
For KY residents there will be a 6% sales tax added.
For all made to order items you may either pay in full upon ordering or pay 50% upon ordering and 50% when order is ready to ship. For all custom orders we require payment in full upon ordering.
Should you wish to cancel an order you may do so at any time before we have started building your item. If it's a custom order that you wish to cancel and we have already started building it, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want our customers to be happy. If you are not happy with your listed purchase you may return it to us within 15 days. Once we receive the item in the same condition it was shipped to you originally, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs.
Refunds are not given for custom orders unless the issue is related to workmanship or damage in transit, and in either case, please contact us immediately.
