We are not responsible for any damage due to the postal service. We package our products in bubble mailers to protect them. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will work something out to return or replace it. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
We accept returns within 14 days as long as you contact us before sending the return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is returned in new condition, we will refund the original purchase price minus shipping costs. If we are contacted ahead of time about a damaged item, a mistake we have made, etc., we will discuss return options.
