{Order Time}
Listings that are immediately available for shipment will be clearly stated in the listing description. They will ship within one business day (Monday-Friday) after payment has cleared. Custom orders will ship based on the quoted time frame for the order.

{Insurance On Shipping}
Shipping price listed includes insurance on your order up to $50. Insurance from USPS is for lost and destroyed packages and does not include time delays on non-guaranteed delivery. If you would like your package delivered with money-back guaranteed, we must discuss shipping via Express Mail. (Minimum $23.99 to start for this service) For insurance purposes on Priority Mail the post office considers a tracking # that shows "delivered" as the final straw. They will not offer a refund if tracking shows delivered, even if it was to the wrong address. (Unfortunately, I learned this one the hard way. It really stinks but that's how they roll.)

Signature required shipping is available. Please contact me prior to your purchase.

Unless discussed otherwise, I ship via USPS Priority mail, which is generally 2-3 days, but it is NOT guaranteed. Orders placed by 12pm eastern time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm eastern time will ship the following business day. I make every effort to ship orders on Saturday when possible. I am not responsible for shipping delays by the USPS, weather/disaster conditions, charges for re-delivery or delays due to incorrect shipping information. If your item is returned to me by the USPS for any reason we are unable to refund the cost of the original shipping. You can receive a full refund on the product if it is in resale condition. You will not receive a refund on the original shipping charges. If you would like to have the item reshipped due to incorrect address info that you supplied, you will need to pay for the second round of shipping.

{Express Shipping}
Express shipping rates are money-back guaranteed if they do not arrive by the time stated by the USPS. This is not considered "overnight service." Sometimes the delivery may take up to 48 hours but the guaranteed time will always be stated and that is what they postal service must stand behind. The guarantee is for the shipping charges, not the cost of the product. I cannot refund purchase price, only shipping charges for Express shipping.

{Delivery Address}
Orders will ONLY be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy receipt, so please make sure the address is updated and correct. If you make an error with your address you must repurchase the item and let us know to cancel the first sale. We will not update the shipping address as this is not recommended by Etsy.

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Google Wallet, Apple Pay and Etsy gift cards. We do not accept personal checks or money orders for any reason.

Rush fee for custom napkin orders placed less than three weeks before the event date will apply. Please convo me with your date and details of your needs. I will do my best every time to assist you.

This is my business and I have been delighting my local customers for seven years now. I truly love what I do and the beautiful creations I spend a lot of time making. I take great care in packaging work before sending them out in the USPS, but unfortunately, I cannot control them once they leave me. Unless discussed otherwise, I ship via USPS Priority mail, which is 2-3 days, but it is NOT guaranteed. DAMAGE:
We package and ship all napkin orders in sturdy USPS Priority Mail boxes and padded envelopes. Please contact me if you have problems with your packaging once it arrives.

Should your package arrive beyond repair and utterly destroyed, please make sure you save all packaging, items in the order and take pictures too. I will provide the necessary information, and you will be responsible for filing the claim with the post office. USPS insurance covers boxes that have been "destroyed," minor breaks are not covered; they are considered to be the nature of shipping.

ALL SALES FINAL:
****Because my items are made-to-order and consumable, I do not accept returns. And because we're sure no one would like to receive re-shipped napkins that someone else could have handled with their bare hands, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Returning or refusing delivery will not facilitate a refund.****

PACKAGING:
Our napkins are NOT packaged in gift wrap. We personally hand count every set of napkins. The napkins are sealed in a quality clear sleeve with an adhesive strip to keep the napkins safe from any weather elements. The clear sleeve is placed in a recycled paper sleeve that is hand stand with a To/From stamp noting the buyer's name and my name (Shelly, the seller). Your package includes a hand written and personalized thank you note to you, the buyer. All of this will be sent in a USPS Flat Rate Priority mail box or padded envelope depending on the quantity of napkins you purchase. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping. If you would like to gift your napkin purchase we recommend taking the napkins out of the bag and tying a cute ribbon around the napkins and bagging or boxing the napkins for gifting.
