Item details

This peyote stitch pattern is for a flattened square beaded bead worked over a 12mm x 12mm wooden core bead which you can purchase from me. Here is a link to my listing for the wood base bead https://www.etsystudio.com/listing/126533060/natural-wood-beads-12x12mm-flattened?ga_search_query=pillow+bead&ref=shop_items_search_2 You will learn how to create the Basic Pillow Beaded Bead. In addition there are instructions for 3 Applique embellishments. Learn these Applique designs and then take off with your own variations. The possibilities are endless! The finished beaded bead is approximately 14 x 14mm.

There are step-by-step instructions and lots of process photos. This is an Intermediate skill level project. You should have a good working knowledge of peyote stitch. There are Materials Lists (including color names and numbers) included in the tutorial for the 2 bracelets shown in the pictures above. Here is the generic materials list for the Pillow Beads with Appliques:

MATERIALS LIST FOR THE BASIC PILLOW BEADED BEAD:
