Choose from either a silver or white bottom and top. Silver pans have rims reinforced with galvanized steel, while our white pans are ceramic coated heavy gauged steel and flake resistant. Both pans are FDA approved.

Lid fits loosely on pan bottom.

Use and Care Instructions

Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with hot soapy water and a soft cloth.

Do not use metal utensils, scouring pads or abrasive cleansers, especially on the lid.

Before each use, brush inside of pan with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour.

Do not put custom-printed lid in heated oven.

We will always send out packages with the shipping method that the USPS tells us on their website will get it to you in time. Orders begin the production process as soon as they are received, so refunds cannot give a refunded once your order has been placed with Unique Designs By Sandi. Personalized items are not returnable.

If you receive an item that has an error or a damaged in shipping, please notify me within three days of receipt of the order. If there is a mistake on my part, I will replace the item. If an item is defective, I will request verification of the defect via return or photo (including pictures of packaging if damaged) and will provide a replacement upon verification.

My customized items are created using high-quality blanks and other materials with a large attention to craftsmanship and details. Ribbons subject to availability. Slight variations may occur. Please note that colors on printed pieces may vary in brightness and intensity from those as viewed on a computer monitor. If you have any concerns over color or font lettering, please contact me before placing your order for recommendations. If you would like a more detailed description of any product or recommendations for your order, please send me a message.

ORDER DETAILS

If I have a question about your order, I will send you an Etsy conversation. If no response is received from you within one week, I will prepare the items using my recommended selections. If any minor choices are left blank, I will produce using the default options shown in the listing.

Please make sure that initials are provided in the order requested in the item description. Please, double check sizing and measurements provided for all the elements as refunds or replacements cannot be provided for sizing issues.
Proofs are included for certain items such as cutting boards, wine bags, cake pans, trays and license plates if they are requested with the order in the notes

ORDERS RECEIVED

Refunds or replacements cannot be given for merchandise damaged due to wear and tear.

COMMUNICATION

How do I place an order and provide my selections?

The full item description gives detailed instructions on how to provide your personalization information. All of the options we shown in the photos. Some selections are made using the drop-down list, and additional information as outlined in our description should be given provided in the notes to seller. Please provide in numbered order as indicated to help make sure you provide all the needed selections.

How do monograms work?

For a traditional monogram, the initials placed in order of First Initial, Last Name Initial, Middle or Name Initial. For example, the classic monogram for Sandi Gayle Romero would be SRG.



Another style is a block monogram which is common for men. All three initials are the same size. For example, the monogram for Rickey James Romero would be: RJR

How long will it take to get my order?

The standard processing time is for orders to be completed and shipped out in 7-14 business days. If you need an order more quickly, please message me before you place your order to see if it is possible and for information on rush processing. Items typically ship by USPS priority mail or parcel select, depending upon weight and shipping selections made.

MATERIALS: We use high-quality vinyl and glassware and flasks for our customized products. Our Printed items are with ink sublimation printing.

The vinyl we use is a high quality, outdoor rated sign vinyl. The product will last for years, but we recommend hand washing to preserve.
