Hand Stamped/Engraved Jewelry Care: I recommend removing all jewelry before swimming, bathing, washing your hands, and engaging in strenuous exercise. Aluminum is a metal and as such, may tarnish when in contact with other chemicals such as chlorine. The oil paint I use to color my hand stamping may also fade when it comes into contact with alcohol-based chemicals such as hand sanitizer or perfume. I use high quality pure food-grade aluminum but should it tarnish, try polishing it or cleaning it. I've found dry Magic Eraser to work wonders!

I package my items in either organza bags (bracelets, keychains, scrabble tile pendants) or small gift boxes (necklaces, rings) ready to give as gifts!

I ship via USPS First Class Mail domestically and internationally. You will receive notification via email when your package has shipped and a USPS tracking number for U.S. domestic addresses (I've found International tracking isn't as reliable once it's left my post office). If you'd like expedited shipping, please choose the priority or express shipping upgrades. I can usually ship between 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed.

For international buyers: Please be aware that your country may impose a customs duty or tax on your item once it arrives in your country; this is the buyer's responsibility.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds & exchanges requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of order. Returns/refunds/exchanges are not available for personalized items. I'm not responsible for damage after the item has left me. If the item has a craftsmanship defect, then I'd be happy to refund you upon the item's return. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance, please convo me when purchasing the item.

For International Orders: The purchaser is responsible for any customs or taxes which your country may apply. Etsy does NOT allow me to mark the item as a "gift."

Scrabble Tile Pendant Details:
My scrabble tile pendants are protected with a waterproof epoxy resin for a glass-like finish that won't cloud, fade or bubble over time like water-resistant glazes. Scrabble tiles measure about .75" x ,83" and the silver-plated bail is about 6mm tall--big enough for most chains and cords. The actual letter tile you receive is random.

Due to their handmade nature, there may be slight variations in your pendant. The particular numbers or letters on the back of the game piece can vary too--the photos are representative of the actual pendant you will receive.
