Our Natural Organic Wooden Crayon Holder is designed and made in the USA by Countryside Gifts LLC and is lovingly handcrafted one at a time using the finest grade woods and materials.

Our Wooden Train Crayon Holder holds 8 crayons and is made from fine grade Fir. Measuring 10 inches long, all corners and edges are rounded over and the the crayon holder is hand-sanded smooth. Finished with natural and organic beeswax giving this crayon holder a silky-smooth, soft feel.

We can ship items to nearly every country in the world. All of our products are preset for USA shipping but we can easily add shipping to your location to any item. Just send us a conversation for a exact shipping quote.

Most items are shipped using Priority Mail from the US Postal Service and typically arrive within two (2) to three (3) days from ship date if shipped to a location within the continental USA. Items listed a Free Shipping are shipped via US First Class Mail where applicable. Most packages shipped to locations in the USA come with tracking / delivery confirmation numbers which appear in your paypal account once the item has been shipped. Larger items or items over a certain weight are shipped using Parcel Post and typically arrive within 7 days of the ship date. Small items that do not weight much are shipped using First Class mail and typically arrive within 2-3 days. Due to variances in shipping costs and regions, it may be necessary to ship some items via Parcel Post that may ship via Priority Mail to others. If your shipment is time critical and needs to arrive in less then seven (7) business days, please contact us first so we can confirm that your package will arrive on time.

We offer both Priority Mail and First Class International Mail. Most shoppers prefer First Class International Mail only because it is about half the cost. Items are shipped First Class International by default and usually arrive between six (6) to ten (14) business days (Monday-Friday) from the shipdate. Tracking of packages for international shipments is extra and is not included by default. Please convo us before ordering to tell us you want tracking added to your international shipment.

Items usually ship within one (1) business day from receipt of your payment. Items are hand-packed in sturdy boxes with protective wrapping and packing material. All items are shipped with confirmation tracking and higher priced items are shipping insured.

Items that are custom built or feature a customization such as a message or name, require additional time to ship. These items are not built or customized until after payment for your order has been received. Typically turn around time for a customized item is about a week but may take longer. We will conversation you with expected shipping times should the item take longer then a week to complete.

We make every possible effort to ensure that all of our products are in stock at all times. We sell on multiple websites and this can sometimes be hard to ensure that inventory across each of those sites is current. Should an item be out of stock for more then a few days, we will contact you via email with an estimated time frame of when the item is expected to be back in stock. Additionally we may provide other alternatives such as 1) substituting the out of stock item with another item of similar type, 2) removing the out of stock item from your order and discounting your total for the missing item, 3) canceling your whole order, or 4) shipping part of your order now and the rest when the item(s) are back in stock. Please note that option 4 may not be available based on shipping costs, weights, location, and size. Orders that contain out of stock items will be held from shipping out until either a new replacement item has been created and is ready to ship or an alternate substitution can be agreed upon based upon our conversation with you. Please note that while every effort to contact you and pick an alternate option will be attempted, we reserve the right to cancel orders older then seven (7) days for which we have not yet had a reply or a decision from you. If during these seven (7) days the item comes back in stock and we have not been able to get a decision from you as to an alternate option, we may simply ship the entire order to you.

We make every effort to contact you regarding your order should there be an issue such as an out of stock item, payment issue, shipping address, etc. Our efforts typically include sending you a conversation /message via Etsy. It is your responsibility to check your Etsy conversations to verify that your items have shipped. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations of your order due to not being after to reach you.

Countryside Gifts LLC is also proud to say we only use boxes and packing material that can stand up to shipment and also has been made of recycled materials. This means that your item will be packed in new, clean, sturdy packing material that is environmentally responsible.

Please note we are not responsible for delays in delivery times or lost packages once the package has been shipped.


Payment is only accepted via paypal.

In cases where payment has not yet been sent, we will notify you via conversation and/or email and help you with paying for your item(s) should you need assistance in how to do so. While we make every effort to contact you regarding payment, if we do not receive a response from you withing five (5) days from your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and transaction. Likewise we also reserve the right to cancel the order and transaction if acknowledgment of needed payment is made but payment is still not received within a total of seven (7) days from your order.

Additional policies

Custom orders are welcome! Additional customized items are available for sale. If you want a item larger or smaller, a different color, finish, natural, in a different type of wood, or want something totally customized, we can do it.

We are a fully equipped wood shop. Stationary tools include a tablesaw, bandsaw, several scroll saws, miter saw, shaper, jointer, planer, lathe, drill press, several belt, disk and contour sanders, drum sanders as well as a horizontal osculating drum sander and flap sanders.

We also stock and have on hand domestic, imported and exotic woods (used on our more expensive items and purchased via a local lumberyard). If you want it, chances are we have it.
