The size of blanks used depends on the need for the style and amount of lettering needed, Custom orders will depend on what you need stamped as to the size we will need to use , Please message for details if unsure if your wording will fit a style you choose. Bracelets are sized based on a small, med, large and xtra large mens size, rings are sized in us ring sizes.

Most items are made of silver aluminum ,copper, brass nugold, or sterling option, care for metals is as follows , and is sent in a hand out with delivery: Aluminum holds its color and does not tarnish or discolor unless exposed to chemicals. We recommend removing before swimming or use of hot tub. It can easily be cleaned with a rub of polish cloth,or rag. Copper and brass nugold are coated with a top coat to prevent tarnish unless it is requested to leave off, without it items will turn color or tarnish over time , as some prefer that look. Sterling silver is a fine metal and will tarnish over time but can easly be cleaned with a silver polish cloth. Chemical cleaner are not recommended.

We offer wholesale orders of items. Items will be discounted based on the size of the order. Orders must meet qualification of number of items to meet wholesale discount price. ( stamped items only charms not included) To receive wholesale pricing you must order the minimal quanity, for the total order, and also a minumal amount per item. We can do a mix order of styles for 1st order but there is a min per style, (example 2 per style x 10 =20 , not 20 separate styles) WE also offer a discount on smaller orders of 10 or more items. discount items can be of mixed styles , and is based on a % off of order total.

Yes. We design new items and styles daily to meet the needs of our customers. If you need a item for a occasion and do not see a style you like message us to get a custom design to suit your need.

Our store policy on stacked charms : We understand that many customers would like children or grandchildrens name place in birth order from oldest to youngest but that is not always possible due to space issues, We can not fit a long name on a smaller disc, as in a 10 letters name can not be put on a disc that holds 5 letters. Also due to the look of the item having a longer name on top and a short name on the bottom will look odd and out of balance. We have done these before at customers instance and found that they did not like the look and wanted remakes.We will not make a item that the artist feels will not look good or smush a long name on a small disc, If you insist,you agree that if you do not like the look you will pay a remake fee
