Shipping rates vary depending on the destination, the size and the weight of the item. I normally use Canada Post but will use a courier, if requested. My usual habit is to ship with tracking and insurance. I provide pricing for Canada and the US. However, if you require that I ship elsewhere, please send me a convo or email and I can provide the shipping cost for any destination in the world. I will also ship expedited, upon request, at the buyer`s expense. Applicable customs/brokerage costs are the buyer`s responsibility.
I quote an estimated shipping cost for the item listed. Should the actual shipping cost compared to the quoted cost be less by $5.00 or more, I will reimburse the difference through Etsy's refund system. This is especially true when I ship multiple items to the same address in a single shipment.
I ensure that all the items I ship are very well packaged. I use strong boxes, double boxes and even wooden crates when necessary. You will receive an order confirmation and notification when the item is shipped with tracking information that will include all my contact information.
It is important to me that your item arrive safely and I do everything possible to ensure that it does.

I accept payments through Etsy Direct Checkout which provides the buyer access to credit card, PayPal, Gift Card and other methods of payment. I also accept Paypal independently, another secure payment site where you can pay by credit card. As soon as I receive confirmation of payment, I will ship your order.
I will also accept cash with local pick up orders.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
