UK Deliveries are by 1st class Royal Mail. International Deliveries are by Royal Mail Airmail.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If your order has an error or is faulty, we would be grateful if you would give us the opportunity to resolve any problems by contacting us within 7 days of receipt of your item, we can amend any fault and offer a replacement. For non-faulty items we are happy to offer a refund (excluding p&p) for any item which does not meet your requirements. Please email us within 7 days of receipt for instructions on returning the item. The item must be returned in the original packaging received and un-used or in the condition which you received it. Return costs are the buyers responsibility.
