Canadian orders are shipping standard airmail via Canada Post. Once shipped it usually takes 5-7 business days. US orders are shipped once a week domestically first class via USPS. I'm located in Canada. In order to provide better shipping for US customers I make a special trip across the border to ship packages. Once your order is mailed it usually takes 2-5 BUSINESS days to arrive. Please contact me to find out when my next US shipment will take place. International orders are shipped standard airmail via Canada Post. Once shipped it can take 10-20 business days to arrive.

Orders will be shipped to the exact name and address that appear on your Etsy invoice. Please make sure that your Etsy address is complete and up-to-date for shipping and delivery. If any packages are returned due to an incorrect address, buyers will be responsible for paying a re-mailing charge.

Once your order has been carefully handmade, packaged, and shipped, Celebrated Moment is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Due to the fact that all items are handmade and made to order, refunds are not available once your order has been placed. REFUNDS will NOT be provided if your order does NOT arrive in time for your event. It is important that you place an order well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Production times on orders are 5-7 BUSINESS days PLUS shipping times.

I am located in Canada and to keep shipping costs low for my customers all orders are shipped via Canada Post Standard Airmail. This method of shipping does not come with a tracking number. For that reason, Canada Post does not give guaranteed/estimated delivery dates for packages leaving the country.

If you require an item by a specific date a shipping upgrade may be suggested. Please message me BEFORE you purchase so we can discuss details and decide on the best option for you.


SHIPPING TIMES:

CANADA: Shipping times within Canada range widely depending on the destination province. Shipping within Canada usually takes 5-7 business days.

UNITED STATES: US orders are shipped domestically once a week. I'm located in Canada. In order to provide better shipping for US customers I make a special trip across the border to ship packages via USPS First Class mail. By doing this it cuts the ship time down dramatically, provides a tracking number with packages and keeps shipping costs down. Once your order is mailed it usually takes 2-5 BUSINESS days to arrive. The option to upgrade the shipping to Priority is available at checkout. Upgrading the shipping ONLY changes the method in which an order is shipped NOT the processing. Please message me to find out when the next US shipment will take place.

INTERNATIONAL: International orders are always shipped with Air Mail. This method is much faster than surface mail, but can still take a few weeks to reach you. I am not able to provide an exact shipping date for any international orders, but they generally deliver within 2-4 weeks of shipping.

Please take this into account BEFORE placing your order. If you need pricing on expedited shipping please message us before placing an order.

Canadian and International packages do not include a tracking number. We can provide one for an additional cost, so please inquire before purchase.

Please be advised that we can not guarantee any delivery date. For an extra cost Canada Post offers "guaranteed" delivery service, however WE can not guarantee it. Please inquire for more information about this service.

Each destination country is a different distance and each country has different rules and procedures for handling incoming international mail. Please make sure to check with your local post office to find out your country’s customs inspection regulations and handling times.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Your order will ship to the address and name indicated on your Etsy invoice. Please double check your address. If a package is returned to me due to incorrect address information it is the responsibility of the buyer to repay shipping cost to have the package resent. If the buyer decides not to have the package resent to them a refund will not be issued.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES:

Due to the above information outlining our shipping methods and the fact that orders do not come with insurance Celebrated Moment is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


CUSTOMS & DUTY:

Buyers from the U.S. and other International destinations are responsible for any customs/duty or additional taxes required by your particular country. Please be sure to check with your country’s customs rules and regulations prior to purchase to ensure you are informed about, and prepared for, any additional charges that may occur at the time of delivery.


Payments

If for any reason you need to cancel your order you have 24hrs from purchase to do so. After the time period your order has been started and you will no longer be able to cancel.


Returns & exchanges

All items are handmade and made-to-order, special for you! For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds will not be issued if an item does not reach you in time for your event, absolutely no exceptions. It is your responsibility as the customer to inform me of the event date BEFORE purchase so we can discuss shipping upgrades. Please read the “Shipping” section above for more information on shipping times and policies.

The only exception to the “Final Sale” rule is if there is a design flaw with your item.

PROPERTY RIGHTS:
CELEBRATED MOMENT reserves the right to reproduce custom made items. We also reserve the right to photograph all items we create and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as samples inside our listings. All photos of completed work are the property of CELEBRATED MOMENT and cannot be used without our permission.

COLOR ACCURACY:
Please note that the color of your finished product may differ slightly from the color on your computer screen. We do our best to take photos that depict the items' colors as accurately as possible but because there are differences in computer monitors' color settings and in lighting when taking photos, the coloring may not be perfect.
