When placing an order please be sure to leave any information needing to process your order such as size, color, font, style, name... When leaving a monogram or a name for a personalized item double check the spelling and the correct order (Monograms go in the order of first, last, middle) I do not give refunds on personalized items that was given to me wrong. If I had a mix up and made the item wrong I will replace it and send you a new one!
All Holiday orders need to be placed two weeks before the holiday to assure you receive it on time but PLEASE order them asap in case there is any type of delay with the USPS. All orders later than that can not be guaranteed. It can take up to 5 business days for your order to be completed and ready to mail. (business days are Monday-Friday) Bodysuits, Shirts, Clothing, Sacks and anything else that falls into this category will be shipped First Class Parcel and that does include a FREE tracking number. After an item leaves my shop it is in the hands of the USPS, Shipping delays do sometimes happen especially around the busy holiday times.
All decals, heat transfers and everything else will get sent Standard Shipping. These will not have a tracking number with them and I will not be able to track them for you. If you would like a tracking number or expedited shipping please upgrade your shipping as you are checking out. You will be responsible for any extra charged for expediting a package.
Please pay close attention to your tracking information (if included in your purchase) I have no control over how fast or where a package goes but if an item says it was delivered and you did not receive it you need to contact your local post office ASAP.
All orders will be shipped to the address saved to your account. If you have moved or would like something shipped somewhere else please update your shipping information prior to ordering!
