All orders are shipped with tracking info. Shipping costs are deteremined by order size (weight) and destination. Shipping times are 2-5 days within the United Stated and 10-14 days for international. Any additional fees or taxes incurred for international orders and/or shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
Pinch Me Moments accepts all major credit cards through Paypal or etsy direct checkout.
Returns & exchanges
All Pinch Me Moments products are considered custom orders and are final sale – no refunds.
We take great pride in the quality of our products. Attention to design, service and craftsmanship is an upmost priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of receipt.
DEPOSITS: A minimum deposit of $150 is required at the onset of all orders. Your deposit will be deducted from your remaining balance due. Deposits are required to reserve your spot in our production schedule. All deposits are final and non-refundable.
PROOFS: Digital proofs are sent via etsy message or via email. Each order comes with two free round of revisions with digital proofs to ensure you are completely happy with your design. Each revision/proof thereafter is $25 per round. You will receive your first proof 5-7 days from the date you place your order and revised proofs 2-4 days from requested. Pinch Me Moments is not responsible for proofreading. Pinch Me Moments will make every effort to ensure correct spelling, punctuation, but the client is ultimately responsible for final approval of all copy. Pinch Me Moments can not be held responsible for any issues not caught by the client during the proofing stage. Failure to follow these terms will result in reprint costs being the client’s responsibility and may cause a delay in ordering beyond the estimated time frame.
APPROVALS: Final approval is required to move forward with print production. Pinch Me Moments will not submit any order to print until granted by the client. Pinch Me Moments is not responsible for any spelling, typographical or layout mistakes. Please triple check all proofs before signing off on proofs and granting print approval.
PRINT PRODUCTION: Once final payment is received, your order will be put into production. Production time is 2 weeks for flat printing and 6 weeks for letterpress of specialty print orders.
SALES TAX: All orders placed within New York State will inquire an 8.625% Sales Tax and must be paid by the client. Out of state and international orders are tax-exempt.
VARIATIONS: Natural variations in handcrafted items is normal as is color differences between on-screen and actual printed color(s). Colors vary from each computer screen and can translate slightly different when printed.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE: All designs are property of Pinch Me Moments. Pinch Me Moments reserves the right to use your custom design pieces for future collections/displays, promotional materials and submissions to design competitions.
DESIGN SOLUTIONS: In the event that several design solutions are submitted, the solution selected by the client becomes the final production piece(s). All other design solutions in all forms remain the property of Pinch Me Moments.
