Big Chrome Rose for Steampunk, Assemblage, Accessory
I'm not sure what exactly this was / is -- but it's nifty. Solid silvery chrome, nonferrous metal. A rose is a rose, for sure. This one is nicely made and dimensional. It has a loop and a prong on the back, as if it has been part of a belt? Marked: Made in USA. It's weighty (10 ounces!) and solid, no damage whatsoever. Interesting for steampunk, accessories, assemblage, or what-have-you. Nice price, too. 4.3" x 4.2" and about 1" thick.
Sold items always ship within 1 to 3 days of payment, barring postal holidays, tidal waves, nasty tornadoes, or blizzards--and except when there's some other dire emergency--but that hasn't happened yet! I try to ship as quickly as possible and to pack things as well and as lovingly and as safely as I am humanly able.
I usually use the USPS (US Postal Service) and I purchase insurance for expensive and/or delicate items. Track and Confirm is purchased by me for most shipments.
I ship internationally except to a few countries where packages have gone astray too often. International buyers are wholly responsible for taxes/customs fees that may apply in their countries when international packages arrive. These fees can vary from country to country and even from month to month. So heads up. I can not legally mark International shipments as 'gifts' to save the buyer money with the customs people in their country -- that's a no-no.
If you need upgraded or expedited shipping, please contact me. Most things are distinctly possible. (Of course, wonderful possibilities can sometimes be costly. But you already knew that.)
Gladys Glover accepts Paypal, Credit Cards, and money orders (due within 10 days after buying) through direct Checkout. Lucky Illinois buyers need to pay the Illinois sales tax, of course.
Returns & exchanges
If a customer isn't happy, Gladys Glover is miserable. Seriously. So full refunds are gladly offered--within 10 days from the date an item sold--if a purchase has failed to please. Just let me know and we'll see what can be done. I accept returns but the buyer will pay the return shipping cost; the initial shipping cost will of course be refunded. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me. I'll need photos of items too damaged to return, for insurance purposes. If an item never arrives at its destination, you don't need to suffer; let me know and I'll make things right.
Gladys Glover wants her customers to be happy. It's also nice when they're amused, tickled, overjoyed, wide-eyed with thrilled astonishment, or just as pleased as Punch. Actually, even plain old 'completely satisfied with my purchase' will do in a pinch. It's really that simple.
