The shipping costs for quilts include postage for Priority mail with the US Post Office, insurance and delivery conformation.
Any excess fees from shipping of large items will be returned to you.
If you prefer another shipping method please let me know.
Since I live in Maine, I cannot get to the Post Office while we are having a snow storm so any mailing may be delayed until it is safe to travel.
International Orders- ( for quilts) I will gladly look up shipping charges for items sent to another country and forward the information. There is also any additional local fees that i will look up at www.dutycalculator.com .
I will not ship until the payment has been received. Then it is usually within a day.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
After a week if the product has not been used or damaged email me for information regarding a refund and the return of the purchase. I cannot refund shipping costs. If the return is a holiday gift please contact me to discuss options as soon as possible. Thank-you!
