Shipping & policies
Please verify your address is correct prior to placing your order. It would be a shame to have your package returned to us due to incorrect information.
In Canada, you're looking at 5-7 business days to receive your items from shipment date. For the United States, you're likely looking at 7-10 business days on average from shipment date. International orders, 10-15 business days on average. Please note that these shipping times are estimates! Weather, holidays, customs and other unforeseen circumstances can impact delivery times and you actual delivery time may exceed the above-noted estimates. If you are concerned about the length of time that has lapsed, I'd appreciate the courtesy of a message so I can assist you. Also, if you do not opt to add tracking to your order, there is no way to verify where your order is in the delivery process once I mail it via Canada Post.
Packages are considered lost if you have not received your order after 20 business days have passed since ship date.
We ship orders via Canada Post, regular Airmail (no tracking). In order to keep shipping costs reasonable. Shipping upgrades to include tracking are available for a fee for those who are interested. You will see these shipping options in the drop down menu at checkout. If you choose not to add tracking, there is no tracking information available for your order.
We use sturdy photo-mailers marked "fragile" in order to protect your order from damage. If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact me for assistance.

Our customers outside of Canada may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination. If you require an order cancellation to an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order with us. If you have received a shipping notification indicating that the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order.
