Normally I ship soon as possible (the same day of receivment of the payment), can happen due part of the items are in Germany and part in Italy, that I have to charge my husband or a trusted person to do it for me (but happens rarely)

Packaging
All items are carefully packed. The item shipped is as described. I always wrap and package carefully so I will not be responsible for items damaged or lost after it is scanned by shipping service provider. I try to recycle/reuse packaging as much as I can, so a box may have been used before but it is always clean and protecting the product for shipping is my first concern. You receive order confirmation via email so I do not include a packing slip of any kind unless requested. I prefer to save paper.

Shipping
Every item is shipped the fasted possible method based on the posted quoted shipping amount in the items shipping section. The shipping time depends on the delivery method. Tracking is always provided. We offer Domestic & International shipping via DHL (Germany) and POSTE ITALIANE Courier (from Italy). Orders wil be shipped from Germany pr from Italy (You see it in the box, if you are not sure please Convo). Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of verified funds.
Domestic & International shipping is processed through DHL. Most items ship Priority Mail or Ground Service unless otherwise specified by the buyer. If you have specific shipping needs, please contact me before purchasing an item. i.e., Express or 2 Day shipping. Additional shipping costs apply for expedited deliveries. We will send you a notification once the item has shipped. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation is always provided to ensure safe arrival of your item. Insurance is provided with most shipments.

In the event we requests a damaged item back you will have seven (7) business days to provide us with an active tracking number. If you fail to provide a track-able tracking # by the seventh business day you will be issued an invoice for the non returned product. The invoiced amount will be based on fair market value of the item. Payment of the invoice due immediately upon receipt.

Vintage Items:
It is very rare that you will find a vintage item in perfect condition. Vintage and gently used items will have flaws. Keep in mind that these items are at least 20 years old. We inspect every item and will mention the flaws or damages. Please expect there to be some fragility, wear or tarnish due to the age of items being sold. Vintage and gently used items will have flaws. I will clearly state the flaws of the item in my description and include pictures. Therefore All sales are final, so please ask all questions and request any extra photos of items prior to purchase.

SNIFF TEST:
ALL items are stored in a smoke free, clean, odor free, and temperature controlled environment. Slight odor may be present from age but will not be from it's current environment.

COLOR and SIZE Disclaimer:
Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when scanned to our website, actual colors may vary. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. My pictures do not show actual size unless specified. Please refer to the item description for measurements. My measurements are approximate but will not grossly differ. I may be off by a cm or mm but not by inches. Convo me for additional pictures or any questions regarding the item. I will include a ruler in additional pictures if you request.
