Item details

Rectangular gauge with alternator and fuel needles. Given the paint color and the agricultural area this came from, I'm guessing this was on a Ford.

Blue metal body with cracked acrylic front cover.

This gauge does not work, and I am making educated guesses as to its original purpose.

Returns & exchanges

All shipping is non-refundable. Sorry, but once USPS picks something up, the fees are on my credit card and can't be recovered.

If for some reason your order can't be filled, a full refund will be promptly issued. If something gets lost en route, or arrives damaged, a similar item that you approve of can be sent, or a refund can be processed.

I want you to be happy. But given the nature of unique hand-made items, in some rare cases I may decline the return of an order.

This only happens once in a couple hundred orders, but so there is no confusion: if you enter the wrong address, I can't get your package back or issue a refund. Please double check your shipping address.

Once USPS marks a shipment delivered, it is no longer insured. If you have any doubts about the security of leaving a package on your doorstep, add a note to the order.

I can't issue a refund for a package that goes missing after delivery.
But I would be glad to ship it "hold for pickup" so someone has to physically receive the package. I only ship "hold for pickup" if you ask.

Additional policies

The blacksmith items are hand forged. These aren't made in a factory, and lack the consistency of mass produced items. Every effort is made to photograph accurately and show what you can expect to receive. The metal items are tough and rugged, but all metal will rust.

Most items are finished with a commercial lacquer or polyurethane. This finish is often used on brass railings, and is favored for commercial installations because it is tough and easy to refinish. To refinish a hook, acetone will dissolve the finish, then they can be re-coated with Permalac spray finish.

Most of my glass items are as near as I can get to perfect, but may have small defects. Expect small specs, slight distortions to the lens in places, and bubbles.
