Unfortunately, NO. Colors may vary from one computer monitor to the next and from one printer to another printer. Even the type of paper that is used to print on can affect the color if it's slightly off-white vs. true white. Images on computer monitors are often much brighter & more vibrant than printed images. Rest assured that every design in my shop has been personally test printed and inspected by me to ensure that the colors look amazing and true to my design vision. I also describe in as much detail as possible the colors used in each design to help you get a clear picture.

All items for sale by Cloud 9 Paperie are intended for your own PERSONAL use only. You may not share the designs with others or resell them in any format. Party & Event Planners: If you'd like my designs and would like to use them for your clients, you should refer them here to purchase the designs themselves, please. If you're interested in working together on custom designs or concepts, please contact me as I love to collaborate!

Due to the custom nature of my work and the fact that my time spent customizing each item is a major part of the cost, there are no returns or exchanges available; however I will ALWAYS work with you if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way! I offer multiple drafts to ensure all wording is correct, all event information is correct, and the design and layout are all perfect. If an order has been printed already and you discover an error afterwards or need to change a detail (date of the party changed, etc.), I can revise the design for free, but there will be new printing costs at a negotiated rate. Customer satisfaction is my top priority and I will do my absolute best to ensure that you are thrilled with your purchase!

This is the exception to the no return/exchange policy. If your purchase is damaged during shipping, I must ask that you take photos of the box, packing materials, and the items to clearly show all the damage so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company. If you are unable or unwilling to provide clear proof of the damage by the shipping company, I cannot proceed. I want to help! If I am able to re-print and ship your order in time for your event, I will do that instead of offering a refund, as long as photos of the damage are received. If the event date is too closeto get new items printed & shipped to you in time, then I will refund your order once photos of the damage are provided.

If your package does not arrive but tracking says it was delivered, the sooner you call your local post office, the better the odds of finding it! Be sure to check your porch or areas where a package may have been tucked away by the postal worker first. Also, check with neighbors in case of mis-delivery, then call the post office to let them know of the problem. They have GPS monitors on every truck so they can tell if the package actually was delivered to your location and they can speak to their driver about it too. It may be still on the truck or have another issue that caused the driver to bring it back to the local post office. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please let me know ASAP & I will make sure you get your order!

If you cancel your order within 24 hours AND production hasn't already begun on your printed order, I can cancel the order at your request. If printing has already started, cancellations are not possible. Digital download / instant download items will not be cancelled regardless of time passed as you already have access to your items. Donna went above and beyond to check with USPS that we can use this for not only the return address but also the mailing as well. We can't wait to save a ton of time and use this for all of our wedding mailings. She even sent us a little note wishing us a happy marriage. :) Definitely loved the extra adding personal touch!!
