Who doesn't need an adorable panda on their yarn? This little guy is ready to help on your next project, he is light weight and smooth, so no snags! The ring he is joined to the lobster claw with has a pretty green glass bead covering the join so it won't catch on your work either. The panda is shiny silver, with black resin, and comes with two sets of stitch markers.

Each set has 6 silver stitch markers, one set fits needles up to size 7 US, and the second set fits needles up to size 11 US. Both sets have green beads covering the joins on the rings, so your work is protected from snags.

Panda is approx 1" tall, and 1 3/4" tall with loop and lobster claw

**Stitch markers are a choking hazard for children. Children should NEVER be allowed to use them as a toy! My stitch markers are NOT intended to be used by children!

(-) International orders: If you would like to provide a contact phone number for the customs form, it could helpful in case they have any issues and need to contact you. Once the package leaves the US, there is nothing I can do on this end, if there are custom related complications.
(-) All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.

~ SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Don't forget to double check your listed mailing address on your Etsy account, that is the address your item will be shipped to, unless another address is specified in the convo section.

~Lost packages
Once a package ships, it is out of my hands. All packages will have a tracking number (excluding international orders) so you can keep tabs on it as it travels to you, but sometimes packages get lost in the mail. If you do not receive your item within a reasonable amount of time, please contact me and I will do everything I can to find it! If the package cannot be found, and the tracking number confirms it has not been delivered, a full refund will be issued to you.

If you would like to add insurance on your order, please
contact me BEFORE you place your order.

Tracking numbers are included on orders
placed in the United States. I can not
provide tracking for international orders.

~The shipping calculations for items are the total cost of shipping and packaging. If I am able to ship your package for less than expected (after package cost), I will refund the difference to you. I know no one wants to pay more for shipping than they have to, and I do my best to keep my shipping costs as low and as accurate as I can.


Payments

I accept PayPal and credit card payments through PayPal, as well as Etsy gift cards. You don't need a PayPal account to make credit card purchases.

Payments must be received within 48 hours of purchase, or the transaction will be cancelled and items will be returned to the shop. Thank you for your understanding.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I will accept items for return with a full refund including original shipping costs (return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility) , or exchange (if available) within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Acceptable returns require the item to be mailed in the original condition with all packing materials included and I will refund your money.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please contact me first to discuss the details of the situation as sending the item back may not be necessary.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me and send a photo of the damage so an assessment can be made as to whether or not it can be repaired.

You will never be put on a mailing list, or contacted about a sale or promotion by me (I do not control what Etsy does, if you do not wish to be contacted by them, you can go into your settings under your profile and opt out of receiving communications from them). I will not contact you unless there is a problem with your order, and I do not store or use your information anywhere outside of Etsy.
