AUSTRALIA SHIPPING We ship via Parcel Post (5-7 business days) or Priority Letter (1-4 business days). The shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each parcel.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship via Economy Air. Delivery time is 6-10 business days. To minimize postage fees, Economy Airmail does not include a tracking number.
ADD A TRACKING NUMBER A tracking number is an additional service via Standard Air which can be added to the order at checkout.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION Buyers will be notified via email once the order has been dispatched. To check the status of your order, please login to your Etsy account.
SHIPPING ADDRESS Orders are shipped to your ETSY ADDRESS unless otherwise instructed. The buyer is responsible for additional po⃝stage fees for an incorrect shipping address, uncollected or returned parcel.
COMBINED SHIPPING We refund shipping overcharges >$1, alternatively we can set up a reserve listing for you with the combined shipping fee.

LOST IN TRANSIT We are not responsible for packages which are lost, damaged or delayed during shipment due to postal services. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us before placing the order.

Do you offer wholesale? We do not offer wholesale as the quantity for each fabric is limited.
Do you have other fabrics and colours? We only have what's listed. New colours will be uploaded on our facebook page.
What is the content of each fabric? Linen / Wool / Silks are 100% unless stated otherwise
Can you reorder colours? No, these are all remnant pieces.
How do I care for the fabrics? LINEN - Cold machine wash. WOOL - Cold machine wash on gentle wool cycle or cold hand wash. SILK - Dry clean only
Where are your fabrics from? Linen and wools are from Europe,
SILK - the nature of silk can vary in consistency giving it a distinctive quality. Silk worms produce uneven yarns which can result in inconsistencies in weaving. These imperfections are not considered as flaws but are a characteristic of handwoven silk which gives a unique texture and a natural appearance to the fabric.
