Who doesn't love owls? Keep your hands warm and fingers free with an adorable pair of mitts featuring an owl on each hand! When I came up with this design, it reminded me of a couple of owls sitting on a branch, hooting a duet! One thing that distinguishes these mitts is that the owls are right side up!!

You need only about 100 yards (50 grams) of worsted weight yarn and a few basic knitting tools and knitting skills to make these adorable mitts. Pattern is written out, with a chart provided for the owl portion. Stitches used are knit, purl, cable 2 left and cable 2 right. This project is appropriate for advanced beginner to experienced knitters.
