For an item to be deemed as undelivered or lost it must surpass 45 business days (Excludes weekends and holidays). A refund for undelivered items will be issued on the product costs only and not the shipping.

As a result of a postal halt, No refunds will be issued for late/delayed packages.

Refunds are done through the Etsy refund processor.
