**Please keep in mind that most vintage items are previously owned and have been used or displayed for the past 20-99 years and some aging can be expected. Also due to their often personalized or hand crafted nature, the manufacturer or artist may unintentionally produce imperfections in the product which often make them unique.

*****Feedback/Reviews: Please contact me before leaving a review if there is an issue. I do my best to resolve or come to an amiable agreement for all parties involved. The review should be based on accuracy of description of product, customer service, communication etc. and not on shipping. Please remember once the package leaves my house I am no longer responsible for its welfare. I do the best I can packing and have had very few shipments break. The post office has informed me that unless the buyer pays a $10 handling fee, the items will be stacked and dumped dump truck style from one location to another. They simply don't have the resources to handle each package with care or read the "fragile" or "this end up" wording on each package.
***ACCOUNTS AND EXPIDITES- I ship primarily with USPS and ship the majority of my items Priority Mail which includes tracking and insurance. If you request the item be shipped Standard Mail, (if that is possible given the items weight, size and shipping location) you, the customer will assume all risk if the package becomes damaged or lost.
SHIPPING PRICING---All shipments are calculated based on the USPS postage calculator by package size and weight estimates after packing and are shipped from postage code 34698. I am in the process of converting all of my shipping over to calculated. That said even calculated gets it wrong; sometimes overcharging other times undercharging. I do not make a profit off my shipping. Any shipping overages in excess of $2 will be refunded after the package has been shipped out.

****COMBINED SHIPPING-- is available for purchases of multiple items. Because it is difficult to estimate in advance the exact combination, I refund after the items have been shipped as sometimes it makes sense to place them in the same box and sometimes the items can become compromised doing that. Overages will be credited back to the account you purchased the item with whether that be credit card, debit card, gift card or Pay Pal account.
*****INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-- is difficult to estimate. What might cost $30 to go to Canada would cost $45 to get to England and $90 to go to Australia. It all depends upon weight, box size and distance, so the initial quote I give is usually in the middle. I am happy to work with International buyers to get the package there the safest most economical way possible but just like everyone else I am often bound by the price structure of the USPS, hands down the cheapest way to send international. Often this method does not allow for affordable insurance or tracking. The only way to track the item is through a customs number.
******Customs duties and fees on international orders are the full responsibility of the customer.
*******I am happy to include little notes and ship the items straight to the recipient for free. I do not provide gift wrapping at this time.

Additional return information
I do accept returns under the following circumstances;
Refunds and Exchanges The majority of my items are insured, so most refunds are provided by USPS. Make sure you take good, clear accurate pictures. Make sure you take a picture of the damage, the packing material and the shipping label.
*******USPS and UPS do not refund the cost of shipping in the event of damage, only the purchase price of your item. I am not responsible for the cost of shipping due to damage.
Due to the inherent nature of vintage wares, all items are sold as is. I try my best to describe the condition of every item I sell and will not accept returns unless the item is damaged during shipping.
In the event that I have missed a serious flaw in my description of an item (such as a major crack or chip), I will provide a full refund of the purchase price and shipping if you provide me with pictures of the discrepancy and ship the item back to me at your expense. Refunds will be processed once we have received the returned item.
