Shipping will be first class USPS. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding Fridays, weekends, and holidays). All items over $25 are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with Paypal. If you would like tracking on lower priced items please let me know. If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment I will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout. I also will ship internationally worldwide. Please contact me regarding shipping to your specific area.
I can also gift wrap items and include a card with a personalized message.
I take Paypal and money orders. I ship items the next business day (except Fridays). For custom work I require payment at purchase so I can begin work on the item . After completion I will send pictures to you for your approval. After approval I will then ship the item. I will be happy to combine shipping on multiple items.
Returns & exchanges
I try very hard to describe my items accurately. Please look at item descriptions and pictures closely. If you have questions please email me and I will answer them to the best of my ability. After receiving a pre-made item you have 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) to decide if the item is right for you. If you decide otherwise please email me during that three day grace period. After I receive the item, a full refund will be given minus a processing fee (includes Etsy fees) and shipping fees. On custom orders if a cancellation is made right after the purchase of an item then a full refund is given, minus a processing fee (which includes Etsy fees) based on the cost of the garment. If garment has already been started after the purchase of an item when it is cancelled, a 50% refund is given. If the garment is finished at the time of cancellation only a 25% refund will be given.
Once the item is received, you have a 3 day grace period to determine it fits, is correct and matches the picture you agreed with. If there is problems please email me immediately. Due to the nature of the custom made item, refunds are not given unless there is a serious problem with the garment (stains, holes, etc), I will happily replace the item once the original item is sent back.
I am also not responsible for fit issues due to inaccurate measurements given on the part of the customer. I suggest you always have someone other than yourself measure you, in a tailoring shop if plausible. I can, however, alter the item for the customer for a fee. If you are hard to fit please include as many measurements as possible; the more measurements the more accurate the fit. If you need any clarification on the policy, please email me.
