Please note that I will ship your item(s) to the name and address contained on your Etsy order confirmation. Please make sure this information is correct so there are no issues with your items being delivered successfully.

All items are shipped via USPS from Durham, North Carolina. Processing time is indicated on each item's listing. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. I am not responsible for late arrivals due to an error or delays with the postal service. Tracking information will be available for most packages and will be sent to you on the Etsy shipping confirmation email. If you would like a mailing upgrade, please contact me.


Payment is due upon purchase, and the item will not be made or shipped until the payment is complete.

I take all major credit cards, PayPal, and Etsy Gift Cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations. We typically start processing your order immediately when placed. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Returns & exchanges

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Due to the customization nature of many of our products, we do not issue refunds or exchanges on our items. Please ask any questions you have about our products prior to ordering. We will gladly replace any item that is incorrect due to an error on our part. Please check your order as soon as you get it.

You have 7 days from the receipt of the order to let me know if anything is damaged, missing or any items are incorrect. If your item arrives damaged, missing an item, or if I have made an error in your personalization, please let me know within 7 days. I will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. After 7 days I will not be able to replace your item.

When giving your personalization, please be sure that everything is correct. I have no way of knowing if a name is misspelled or initials are not in the correct order and will not be able to replace items if the personalization information provided when ordering is incorrect.
