*PLEASE NOTE - THIS LISTING IS FOR A CROCHET PATTERN NOT THE FINISHED ITEMS.*

This PDF includes all the patterns you need to make tiny cats in various colours and mini versions of dachshunds, Jack Russell terriers, corgis, pugs and French bulldogs, in different colours and some with little sweaters. They range in size from 2.25" - 3.5" long (6 - 9cm).

I've always loved miniature things, but making extra small amigurumi with thread and tiny parts to sew together can be very fiddly. So I’ve come up with these tiny cats and dogs that are made all-in-one, using normal sized yarn and hooks, with the legs, ears and tails worked as you go along. There is minimal sewing needed, just embroidering the features and sewing up the hole at the end. This makes these mini pets pretty quick and easy to make, and perfect for little gifts or to sell at school or church fairs. Make a pet for a doll, or turn one into a keychain. Or crochet all the different breeds and organise a pet show!

The patterns are quite straightforward and suitable for beginner/intermediate crocheters. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow if you know the basic stitches and techniques used to make amigurumi. They are written in English using US crochet terms, and the list of abbreviations includes the UK alternatives. The patterns are in a downloadable PDF file and you will need Adobe Reader to open it. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have as you are making them.

To make them you will need:
Small amounts of yarn for each animal. I used double knitting weight (DK) yarn*, but other thicknesses of yarn will work, just change hook size as necessary.
Black yarn for eyes and other features, or other contrasting yarn as described in the patterns.
Small amount of stuffing for each creature.
3.5mm (E) hook.
Tapestry needle.

*Worsted weight yarn is a little thicker than DK but can easily be substituted.
