Shipping is within the US only (all 50 states). If you live outside the US, please message me for possible rates and shipping times.

Handling time depends on the order placed and how busy I am. *Please know that I try to complete smaller orders in less than a week of ordering.

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail which is 1-3 days. I can ship with a faster service if needed, and you must request it before placing your order.
**Sometimes USPS takes much longer than 1-3 days and packages are delayed for unknown reasons. In my experience, this has happened a handful of times. I am not responsible for these delays, please order well in advance of your event to ensure you or your recipient receive the order in time.

If you wish to purchase insurance through USPS please let me know before ordering.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
There will be no full refunds for any orders after the order date has passed unless you are completely unsatisfied. I will **gladly resend any items that do not meet your standards** and I prefer to do this before issuing a refund and return. Please message me about a satisfaction issue, I would rather fix it than not make you happy!

In the case of a return/refund, I will not cover shipping charges unless I sent the wrong items.
