If we miss a shipping date on an order where Priority Mail or Express Mail was the shipping method, the customer is entitled to return the unused product for a full refund, including shipping.

As per our shop policies (which are strictly adhered to), we do not guarantee delivery dates, issue refunds, or accept returns on behalf of issues caused by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We hope that
you can understand that these policies are in place as we have no control over a package once it has been shipped. While we do empathize if there has been an issue with your order, we are not affiliated with these shipping companies and can not compensate for their mistakes.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept returns on any product unless it falls
under one of the following criteria:


If we make a mistake on color, sizing, or wording, the customer is entitled to either a free replacement of the product, or a full refund including the original shipping fee. We will not both refund and replace a product. The product must be returned (pre-paid shipping label will be provided) if you are requesting a refund.
We will mail out the replacement (depending on date needed), either by the
original shipping method purchased, or by USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers anywhere in the U.S in 2-3 business days. We do not at any time offer Express Mail or Overnight shipping by any carrier for a replacement item, unless that was the original shipping method
