Ready for Halloween? Here is a quick and easy tutorial to show you how to bead a mini witch hat and how to add Casper the friendly ghost. The finished hat itself approx. 1 inch high by 1.5 inches wide, perfect for earrings or a pendant. Photos showed some examples of what to do with the witch hat, or just use your creative to make something fun this Halloween.
SKILL LEVEL: Determined beginner.
TECHNIQUES : combination of peyote, increase brick and netting stitch.
MATERIAL: for 1 Casper, double your material if you’re making a pair of earrings.
- Seed beads 11° - 1gram
-Seed beads 15° - less than 1gram
-3mm glass bead – 1piece
-10mm glass bead – 1 piece
-18x14mm tear drop (or similar) - 1 piece
-3.4mm drop seed bead (or similar)– 1 piece
-Beading thread and needle.
