Q: How do I tell you what name or information I want on my keepsake or name sign?
A: Please put any details about your personalized order in the "Message to Seller" section of your order. (That box shows up after you have put the item in your cart and selected a form of payment.)
Details can include any or all of the following:
For Name Signs:
*Size - 8x10, 8x20, 10x20, 11x14
*Font Style - the one shown in the listing photo or another from my shop
*ALL CAPS or Sentence Case
*Background Color/Design
*Letter Color
For Photo Keepsakes:
*Name and/or Title
*Birth Stats or Blanks for Baby Keepsakes (date, time, weight, length)
*Photo Size 4x4, 4x6, 5x7
*Photo Set Horizontally or Vertically
Q: Are your items framed or unframed?
A: All items can be done either framed or unframed. This will be shown in the item title and in the listing description....and reflected in the price/shipping.
Q: Do you take requests for custom orders?
A: YES!!!! I love special requests. If you have an idea for a keepsake or name sign that you don't see in my shop just ask! Send me a photo of any room or décor you'd like me to match.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow 2 weeks for completion of your order prior to shipping.
Q: Do you do rush orders?
A: Yes, rush orders may be available for a small fee, usually 25% of the item price, more if the rush is crazy last minute or the item is a complicated design.
Q: Are these prints?
A: No each sign or keepsake is a hand assembled, one-of-a-kind cut collage made with archival, acid-free card stock paper on rigid mat board, card stock paper or fabric. Various embellishments may be included like buttons, brads, stickers, etc.
Q: Can I send you my photo for a photo keepsake?
A: Yes, please send digital photos to me via Etsy Convo or to memoreasy@comcast.net or via text to 503-515-8851. If you text please send in the largest/original file size possible.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, I will ship internationally. If international shipping is not shown as an option on the listing you are viewing it's generally due to the large size/weight of the item...hence international shipping is crazy expensive...but convo me with your shipping information and I'll get you a quote.
