Item details

Tall Wooden Pumpkins come in a set of 3, one tall, one medium and one small size pumpkin in the set. Your choice to have the set with or without the"Pum'kin" sign or to have " Pumkin' " spelled correctly - " Pumpkin." Please also added in comments whether you'd like Burlap or the green bendable ribbon at the top around the stem/reclaimed branch. -Thanks

Each pumpkin is made of solid wood and the stem is made with reclaimed wood from trees found in our backyard woods! Doesn't get much more rustic than that!

Please remember that since this is a handcrafted and hand painted item, each pumpkin design may slightly differ and may not be exactly the same. Therefore the stems on each pumpkin may also differ since each stem is reclaimed wood found from our very backyard. If you prefer to have each stem identical, please specify in the note to seller section when placing your order.

Also please be advised that since this is a custom handcrafted item there will be no returns and all sales are final. If indeed you want to exchange your item please start by contacting The Rustic Warehouse and we will try to work with you until you're satisfied with your order. Be advised you will be responsible for the return shipping along with the proper Insurance for the package on its return, as well as the new shipping for the new item you desire.

**ATTENTION** Please review our shipping policies and time frame for your item to be shipped before placing your ordering. Each item is handcrafted and custom built. Every order is completed in the order that we receive them. Each item may take a different amount of time to complete, so please be aware of each items different time frame when ordering.

Shipping time Frames are currently held at an estimated 8-10 week time frames for all orders. If you need something super fast and completed before the time frame given, you can choose to purchase the "Rush My Order" Listing in addition to your order for a faster processing time. Please keep in mind that the "Rush My Order" listing option must be purchased for each item in the order. All time frames listed are only estimated time frames and not a guarantee shipping time frame. If you need an item by a specific date please start by contacting us before purchasing. If the item/order is needed by a specific date, you must purchase the "Rush My Order" listing to receive the package/order by a guaranteed date. There are also different options depending on the size of you item you've purchased. If you have any concerns about which option you need to purchase please contact us first to insure you are purchasing the correct "Rush My Order" Fee. The "Rush My Order" fee does NOT included expedited shipping, for rushed shipping all orders will need to be quoted for the additional amount required for fast shipping. No shipping packages are guaranteed for delivery dates unless expedited shipping is paid for a guarantee date through FedEx Express. All Ground and/or Home Deliveries will not be "Date" guaranteed.

We always drop off packages at the beginning of each week, typically on Mondays and Tuesdays--Unless you have a rushed order being shipped. Please be advised if your package count-down time frame is getting close--The package/order will ship at the beginning of the following week.

When shipping out your package we always make sure the appropriate amount of insurance is purchased for each and every package. In the instance that you return your item you must also purchase the appropriate return shipping insurance for the packages return. Please be advised if you are returning and/or exchanging an item your refund return amount will not include shipping costs.

Please be advised that ALL orders once placed are FINAL, NO RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS. Therefore please read all details for each listing and ask any questions before placing your order. This especially is required for all large furniture items such as headboards, tables, corn hole sets etc.

Shipping for Headboards is NOT free and will be calculated once order is placed and an address is received. Prices typically can range from $125-$500 (Possibly even higher) Please be sure to start by contacting us if you have any shipping concerns before placing your order! Additional shipping costs may be required after order placement. Once order is received we will use the address provided by the customer to calculate the accurate total. If any additional costs are required we will contact the customer with a custom listing for the additional shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask, we will respond as quickly as possible through the Etsy messaging system.

All headboards are shipped from Business to Freight Center via FedEx Freight Services. The delivery location will be the nearest Freight Center to your address. If you prefer your headboard to be shipped directly to your residence an additional $150 will be required for the upgrade. If you will need services for assistance such as a Lift Gate to lower the headboard off the Freight truck at your residence an additional $150 will be required. Please make sure you have all the assistance necessary to lift, carry and load the headboard during residential delivery and/or pick up delivery at your nearest Freight Center.

We use USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Day or USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 Day and FedEx Shipping for Larger boxed items exceeding the Girth measurements of 108".

If you'd like to see additional shipping rates we will search through UPS, 1-5 day ground shipping. Please provide your zip code and future purchase order so we may provide you with the additional option for FedEx shipping price. (WE CANNOT SHIP VIA FedEx TO PO BOXES.)

Additional shipping charges on ladders measured at 7ft or longer will be subjected to both the accurate estimated quote provided by FedEx and an additional fifteen dollars for packing/wrapping and box supplies for the shipment. If an amount of shipping costs are paid and provided during the first initial order placement then that amount submitted will be subtracted from the entire total and the remaining balance will be required for shipment of the item purchased.

*****Please be advised--If you live in Hawaii or Alaska additional shipping charges may be required in order for your order/package to arrive to you. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will typically take a minimum average of at least 6 Business Days to arrive.******

We typically use Uline shipping products and occasionally re-purposed packaging materials when available. We securely wrap your purchased item with bubble wrap, foam sheets, thick shipping paper and other packaging materials for safe travels. We want to insure that your package/purchase arrives to you in original/perfect condition!

For any large items received packaged in our shipping containers, we recommend using a utility knife to carefully cut open the package along the taped shut edges. Please be careful not to twist, bend or shake the package while opening to prevent any damaging of the contents.

In the event that your package is returned to us, we will notify you immediately to check your shipping address. Once information is verified we will re-ship your package back out to the destination provided. We monitor all shipping notification provided to us through Easy and USPS. If your package does not properly show the tracking information for your package, we will work with you to help resolve the issue through USPS in a timely manner.

Please be advised *** Shipping errors and delays can happen due to weather, an undeliverable address etc. and/or any other reason given by the USPS. These delays are not at all decided by The Rustic Warehouse LLC. We will continue to monitor your packages information until the package arrives at its final destination.

If you receive your package and the product is damaged please start by contacting The Rustic Warehouse LLC. We will need you to provide pictures of the product and the boxed the product was delivered in for submitting an insurance claim through USPS.


Payments

At the moment we accept all payment types from VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, ETSY GIFT CARDS, APPLE PAY, PAY PAL, SOFORT, & OTHERS SUPPORTED THROUGH ETSY. All payment methods are protected through and by Etsy.

After payment is received you will be placed in line with all other orders and soon we will begin the process of your order. All orders are processed in the order of which they are received unless a rush order fee is added to expedite the orders time frame. Please allow at least the processing time provided under each listed item for the order to be completed. All processing time provided under each listing is scheduled out in form for Business Days only. Sorry the weekends are reserved for Family. Once your order is complete you will be contacted and provided with a shipping/confirmation tracking number provided by either USPS or FedEx Ground, Home Delivery or Freight.

In addition, please be advised that all states in the Untied States will receive the same flat rate sale tax amount of 7% added to your order total.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please note that any discount codes and/or coupons must be presented at the time of placing your order. Since all items are handcrafted, All sales are final once purchased. However, If there is ever an instance in which you need to return an item from The Rustic Warehouse LLC, please start by contacting us as soon as you discover that there is an issue with the item you've received. If the item is defective, we will strive to make it right by fixing/resolving the issue. After 15 days, our complimentary defective warranty will be void. If the item is damaged from the shipping process, we can work on your behalf with the shipping company to resolve the issue. There are absolutely no returns on any order and all salles are final. On all other returns/issues, please contact us within five days of receipt of the item so that we can discuss correcting your order. In the instance you receive a refund or exchange agreement before receiving your order the refund or store credit will result in a 30% restocking fee. All shipping costs will not be subjected to a refund. Labels and shipping supplies are purchased in advanced and will not be included in any return amounts given. Any order being returned/exchanged, the purchaser will be solely responsible for the shipping cost of the items return and reshipment costs. Please be advised if you are returning and/or exchanging an item your refund return amount will not include shipping costs. Thank you so much for your business. Exchanges are only excepted if there is an issue with the product upon receiving the item(s). We offer exchanges if the product was damaged by the shipping company. Additional policies

Cornhole boards may take additional processing time due to applying each coat of Poly can take anywhere from 4-8 hours to dry depending on the humidity. We appreciate your patience during this process.
