Great quality upholstery fabric by Joybird (produced by Leslie Jee Textiles) that I purchase for my restorations! They have a 5 yard minimum so offering by the yard for those who do not need the full 5 yards. This is a heavier weight fabric than the Pure series and I have used in my Heywood Wakefield chairs. Please see specs at joybird.com. Cleaning is solvent based. It is a beautiful color! I will cut to order from my bolt. If you order more than one yard it will be continuous length. Shipping combined and will refund overages or message me if buying more than one yard! I have just over 3-1/2 yards total.

I take shipping costs seriously. I will compare pricing on orders to get you the best rate. Larger boxes, especially shipping to West Coast addresses may ship Fed Ex as it will be cheaper! If you prefer one over the other, please let me know. Otherwise, I will go with the best priced option to save you money!

I am usually very accessible for questions. Please note we spend many weekends camping in our VW Van and are sometimes in areas without service. I do my best to stay connected but if it is a weekend and you have not gotten a response from me, please give me until Sunday night to get back to you! Even if I cannot proceed (take pics or measurements), I will respond to you and let you know when I will be home to access my inventory for you. Also note that some of my furnishings are on display locally in my booth space. That facility is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. I will not be able to access the building during those times.

Because the items I am placing are, in many cases, 50+ years old, no warranty is provided or implied, I describe everything I see as it, wear and condition issues, included. If you need further clarification, please reach out as I can bombard you with photos and further details. I often will do that prior to shipping a piece that might have some issues, just in case. I will consider returns on a case by case basis and generally speaking, the buyer will be covering shipping both ways. Unless I am in error, or something was damaged in shipping, I generally will not cover your shipping. Depending on the situation, I may request a restocking fee, which is common.

I try my best to pack your items as carefully as possible but sometimes shipping damages occur. In the event you received a damaged parcel, you will need to notify my right away and provide me with photos for insurance claims. Please try to take pics of the box,especially if it was mishandled. Then show the inside as best as possible so I can see the packaging materials and broken item. Usually 4 or 5 photos will be fine. Message them to me. If the item is a total loss, I will file the claim and refund you immediately upon receipt of your photos. If there are some good and some damaged items, we will need to discuss further so we agree on an action. Please note, I have your back and will do anything I can to make it right.
