After an item leaves my hands I no longer have control of it. Please refer to the tracking number provided for information regarding shipped orders. Sometimes other countries may take a bit to update shipping information. I have no way to track your package once it leaves the U.S. I am only able to see the tracking information that is posted on the USPS website. You will be provided with a tracking number when your item is shipped.
All items are shipped through United States Postal Service. If you'd like to pay to upgrade for a different courier please message me before placing your order.

Everything in my shop is hand made. This takes a lot of time and effort and for this reason, I can no longer accept returns. My time with my family is valuable. Thank you for understanding. I apologize in advance for not having time to respond to your email requesting a return. I have hundreds of messages a day and several orders, and my time is best spent getting orders out on time.
Please be sure that you are aware of the size you are ordering. I do not accept returns or size exchanges. Please read the details section of the listing.
