Ready to ship items are dispatched (proof of postage obtained) within 3 business days of payment being received. For items marked made to order and custom made items see shipping times on the individual listing. If you need something for a specific date please get in touch. For overseas orders items under 2kg and within Royal Mail size limits will be shipped via Royal Mail international tracked if available. Items that cannot be sent by international tracked will be sent by the most economical option usually Parcelforce Worldwide.
International: all duty, tax and custom charges are responsibility of buyer Maximum times allowed for delivery before item is deemed lost in post are according to the timescales provided by the carrier. Generally 30 days after dispatch or for heavier overseas parcels generally 40 days.
Payments accepted through Etsy direct checkout only. Full payment to be made within 48 hours of purchase or purchase will be cancelled.
For custom orders full payment to be made once details are finalised. Work on your custom order will begin once full payment is received. If changes are made at your request after payment is received there may be further charges.

Returns & exchanges

Returns for any reason accepted up to 14 days after receipt by buyer. Buyer to pay return postage. Full refund will be made on receipt of returned item in original condition. Full refund for items damaged during shipping, made up to 14 days after receipt by buyer, on receipt of returned damaged item. Return postage will be refunded on receipt of item. Buyer may be asked to provide photo evidence of damage to packaging and item for insurance purposes. Refunds for items lost in the post made according to delivery timescales provided by the delivery/postal service generally 30 days after dispatch. For heavier overseas parcels generally 40 days. If tracking records item as being delivered, but buyer has not received it, buyer will be asked to check with neighbours, other members of the household, local delivery / postal service to see if they have received the item. Buyer will also be asked to file a stolen mail report with the delivery service and appropriate authorities before a refund is issued or replacement dispatched.
