All orders will ship within 1-5 business days from the date of payment. Business days do not include US Holidays. All packages will be sent via USPS unless otherwise noted. Notify us prior to making the purchase if a particular shipping option is preferred. Please let us know prior to purchase if you need your package to be signed for or held at the post office for pickup. I cannot be responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages that have been scanned received and/or delivered by the USPS. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates & only provides estimated delivery times.
Items damaged during shipping-US only- I will file a claim with USPS for insured items damaged during shipping & may require your cooperation to provide proof of damage. If you received something damaged, please hang onto the damaged item, packaging, and all contents until the claim is resolved. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later or to provide photos that clearly show the extent of damage. Please do not reship the package.

International Please note that all customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Since overseas mail is not currently track able, EclecticEmbrace will not be responsible for lost or damaged international packages. International buyers assume that risk when ordering through this Etsy store.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If the item simply does not work out for you & you would like a refund: Full refund of the items price - not including original shipping or return shipping costs - if you send us the item within 7 calendar days of the packages delivery date on the usps tracking log. I will refund the items price, not including original shipping or return shipping, upon receipt of the item returned in the same condition as it was sent. Original shipping & return shipping will not be refunded.
